Frank Frisk Speaking Schedule

Frank Frisk, former Great Lakes sailor, is a maritime consultant, lecturer and researcher, based out of Marysville, Michigan. Mr. Frisk is not an authorized  spokesperson for either Acheson Venture's or the BoatNerd.com web site, though he works with both.
BoatNerd is a 501(C)(3) non profit and they have in place people to deal with the media.
Acheson Ventures has a media person on staff.

Not all lectures and speaking engagements are listed. Please contact Frank for specific locations and date-or dates. Due to the number of requests, all scheduled events must be confirmed in an e-mail no less than sixty (60) days prior to scheduled engagement, no exceptions.

A one hour documentary produced of a trip aboard the Benson Ford under the command of Captain Pat Owens trip to Marquette, MI to pick up a load of taconite for the Ford Rouge Steel Plant, Dearborn, MI. Rouge River docks. Follows the Great Lakes iron ore freighter Benson Ford on a voyage from Rouge River, near Detroit, Michigan, to Marquette, Michigan and return. Includes interviews with crew members.

The presentation will last about an hour.  Reservations are not required.
